“Super Saturday”
For all
the children of the Borough of Prospect Park. I feel this program
helps to keep the kids off the streets, while we make it fun with popcorn and movies we are at the same time educating them
on certain issues such as drugs, helmet use, drinking, etc.
Initiated Liter Free Program
Assisted
by Goldman Sachs I had our bus come with over fifty volunteers from employees of Goldman Sachs, all expenses paid for by them
which included the tools, bus, fuel, food, etc. to help clean up Prospect Park.
Created twenty seven new parking spaces
By re-striping the yellow lines
to solve overnight parking issues with the help of the DPW Superintendent
Mayors
Day
Declared the second Monday
of the Month of December to be the Mayors day in The Borough of Prospect Park.
